BodyWise Nutrition Center & Marketplace proudly partners with Middle Tennessee wellness professionals to bring optimal health to our community. We work as a team with a variety of health professionals, including: chiropractors; internists; doctors of family medicine, women’s health, pediatrics, oncology, gastroenterology; registered dietitians; massage therapists; and various other whole health instructors. All together we share the same goal and passion for our clientele - to find alignment in mind, body, and spirit.

BodyWise specializes in support for DIET, EXERCISE, LIFESTYLE, SUPPLEMENTS, and DETOX.
DIET: BodyWise has licensed, registered dietitians available by appointment, doctor’s referral, or self referral. We offer nutritional support through monthly support groups, diabetes education classes, weightloss programs, natural and organic foods, and gluten free products.
EXERCISE: BodyWise studio is home to Zumba, Holy Yoga, and Pilates classes. Studio rental available.
LIFESTYLE: BodyWise support groups meet monthly and massage therapy is available by appointment.
SUPPLEMENTS: BodyWise carries a full line of professional grade nutritional support products.
DETOX: BodyWise offers monthly foot reflexology appointments, instructional clinics, alkaline water, and a full line of natural, non-toxic household cleaning products.
